Plenty of 1963-91 Chevy and GMC pickups already have front discs but still run drums out back. This Right Stuff Street Series kit finishes the job on six-lug trucks with a GM 10-bolt or 12-bolt rear, putting an 11.625" rotor and caliper at each rear corner.
Why It's Worth It
- 11.625" rear rotors with single-piston calipers - more consistent, fade-resistant stops than self-adjusting drums, especially loaded or towing.
- Application-specific brackets for the 10- and 12-bolt truck axle rather than a universal plate.
- E-brake cables and flex hoses included, so the parking brake stays functional.
- Calipers offered in Natural, Black or Red; installation instructions are available for download.
What's Included
- Rear rotors, single-piston calipers and pads
- Flex hoses
- E-brake cables
Before You Order
- Measure your axle flange before ordering, as the manufacturer recommends.
- Six-lug trucks only; requires 15" or larger wheels.
- Adding rear discs changes front/rear balance - check that your master cylinder and proportioning valve suit a disc/disc system.
- Specified for non-staggered rear shocks.
