• How do I check the status of my First Place Auto Parts order?

  Checking on your shipments progress is easy! You can either click on tracking link and enter your tracking number or log into your First Place Auto Parts account and track your package from there. If you prefer to speak with a knowledgeable First Place Auto Parts team member to discuss your shipment, please give us a call at 1-877-797-1969.

• What if my order is damaged in shipping?

  Damage to a shipment in transit is rare and unfortunates. When your order arrives, please inspect all boxes for damage immediately upon receipt. Report any discrepancies or damage to First Place Auto Parts Customer Service at 1-877-797-1969 or email us within 5 days of receipt. Please take pictures of the original damaged boxes and packaging materials and forward them to us and we will take it from there and get replacements of the affected parts out to you quickly.

• What is the First Place Auto Parts return policy?

  We understand that sometimes a part isn't used on a project or gets ordered incorrectly. First Place Auto Parts has a no-hassle returns policy for product that has not been installed within the first 30 days of delivery for orders within the contiguous US. • How do I cancel an order?

  Please email us. We will assist you with the request and process the order cancellation. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our returns policy upon receipt of the shipment.

• How do I check the shipping status of my First Place Auto Parts order?

  First Place Auto Parts offers several ways to check on the shipping progress of your order. • I have questions about a part or its fitment. Can I speak with a knowlegable parts expert?

  First Place Auto Parts is staffed by car guys and girls and we understand that the options of colors, styles and options can sometimes be overwhelming. When you have questions about a parts color or fitment please give us a call at 1-877-797-1969. We want to be sure that you get the right part(s) for your project!

• How will my First Place Auto Parts orders ship?

  First Place Auto Parts distributes worldwide. Our services include UPS, USPS and LTL options. UPS is used to ship to the United States contiguous 48 states. USPS Priority and Priority International is used for shipments outside of the United States contiguous 48 states, including APO destinations. International shipments do require a shipping quote that can be obtained when you contact us.

• Does First Place Auto Parts offer free shipping?

  First Place Auto Parts does offer free shipping within the contiguous 48 states via UPS Ground service on qualifying items and orders. Items eligible for free shipping will show “Free Shipping” next to the add to cart button on the product page. Check out our "terms and conditions" on the fpautoparts.com for more details.

• What Does First Place Auto Parts do with my data?

  Your privacy is important to us. First Place Auto Parts, will never sell, rent, barter, trade, distribute or lease personal information to outside parties unless First Place Auto Parts obtains customer permission or disclosure required by law. • Will my First Place Auto Parts order ship all in one shipment?

  First Place Auto Parts has several strategically placed warehouses to better serve you and get product to you quickly. Please note that orders with multiple products may ship separately from different warehouses and that stocking merchandise typically ships within 1-2 days of orders being received. Shipping time on orders for products that are custom or made to order varies. Please look for the estimated delivery date on the product page. On all international and Canadian orders, all duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the recipient's responsibilities.

• Does First Place Auto Parts Price Match?

  First Place Auto Parts works hard at providing our customers with the highest value and being competitively priced on like restoration and performance products. If you find an identical part for less somewhere else, First Place Auto Parts will match any competitor's current advertised retail price for an identical product. Simply email us us a copy of the competitor's advertised price from the catalog or website and we'll match the price. A price match will be determined by a competitor's most current retail-published price and is limited to brick and mortar automotive restoration and performance retailers.
