Headliner
Headliner came with 1/2 inch black marker mark on the front. I called and told them about it and was told that we'd have to send it back, and it would have to go back to the manufacturer. We didn't want to deal with all that we were ready to have it installed and did not want to have to go through the wait time of getting it done I asked them if they would reimburse something off of the price we paid and he told me no. I wasnt happy about that and didn't think that was good business practice, but I guess we will do business elsewhere next time. Lesson learned.
